Women’s Strength Coalition is partnering with Achieve Fitness Boston to bring you a full powerlifting meet, open to all competitors.

AWARDS: Awards will be given to 1st-3rd place in each weight class to the best lifter by Wilks score.

WEIGHT CLASSES:

Women: 47, 52, 57, 63, 72, 84, 84+ (kgs)
Men: 59, 66, 74, 83, 93, 105, 120, 120+ (kgs)
Mx: 47, 52, 57, 63, 72, 84, 84+ (kgs)

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (one platform, two sessions):

Session 1: Women* & Mx Athletes
7:30-8:30am: Athlete check-in opens
8:30am: Athlete briefing
9:00am-12:30pm: Lifting
12:30pm-1pm: Awards

Session 2: Men* & Mx Athletes
11:30pm: Athlete check-in opens
12:30pm: Athlete briefing
1:00pm-4:30pm: Lifting
4:30pm-5pm: Awards

*Trans and cis women
*Trans and cis men

The exact schedule will be determined once registration is full and weightclasses of all participants are known.

Awards will be given at the conclusion of lifting for each session.

RULES: This meet will follow IPF raw rules for clearance of a good lift, not attire requirements.

ENTRY FEE: $50

MEET T-SHIRT: Meet T-shirts are available for pre-order for $25.

All competitors are asked to raise $1 for every pound they plan to lift, for BAGLY, the Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth.

BAGLY is a youth-led, adult-supported social support organization, committed to social justice and creating, sustaining, and advocating for programs, policies, and services for the LGBTQ youth community.
